He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Werner and Dorothy Silfies Werner. He is survived by: his significant other Bernard Siegener of Avon, CO; his sister LuAnn Werner of Forks Twp; his son Jaron Belkey; and his brothers, Lon Werner (Cindy) of Nazareth and Jody Werner (Cindy) of Tatamy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
