He was predeceased by: his son Matthew; his parents, Glen Stine and Helen Stine; his sister Sharon; his sister-in-law Debbie; his nephew Christopher; and his niece Stacey Crockett.

He is survived by: his wife Darcie; his sons, Blake (Julie) and Brad; his granddaughter Kylie; his brothers, Terry and Bruce (Linda); and his brother-in-law John Williams.
