She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Spencer and Emme Lucille Jones. She is survived by: her husband John Franklin Hawk; her children, Adele Gard (Michael) and John E. Hawk (Sherri); her grandchildren, Vanessa, Aaron, Joshua, Brittany, John Tyler and Brenna; and her great grandchildren, Kyle, Jackson, Ezra, Addie and Carter.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to support the food bank at the Southeast Church of Christ.
