He is survived by: his sister Mindy Manville; his niece Lindsay Manville-Wiebe of Davis, CA; and his cousins, Leebett Calar, Jim Jordan, Renee Smith of Casper, WY, Casey Bauer of Sandy and Georgia Jordan of Spring Creek, NV..
