He was predeceased by: his grandfather Kenneth Erwin. He is survived by: his parents, David Erwin of Aurora and Amy Cunningham Germer (Luke) of Hartsel; his sisters, Nyla Cunningham of Canon City and Peyton Garcia (Robert); his nieces and nephews, Kai, Abel and Emmerly; his sister Mykenna Cunningham of Colorado Springs; and his grandparents, Patricia Erwin of Bella Vista, Kenneth Cunningham of Hartsel and Rosina Young. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a GoFundMe page established in Levi's honor.
