He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence H. Williams and Mary Theresa Williams (Guzzo); and his parents-in-law, Marvin Anderson and Laura Anderson. He is survived by: his sister Kay Girodo (Williams); his wife Cindy Williams (Anderson); his daughter Courtney Monique Nicholas; and his nieces, Tressa Hanger (Girodo) and Tara Gallardo (Girodo). He is also survived by several brothers- and sisters-in-laws; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Larry's name to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
