He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Etter and Glenn Etter. He is survived by: his siblings, Norm Etter, Curt Etter, Dennis Etter and Marcia Etter Diltz; his nieces, Rhonda Diltz and Jennifer Land (Diltz); and his great-nieces, Payton and Savana Land.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his honor to a charity befitting of the man he was.
