“I just found out about Kent's passing, it makes me so very sad. I have Chipper's puppy, we call her Penny - I got her in Sept. 2016 and she is the most wonderful dog. I know Kent had a lot to do with that, he was such a sweet man. I'm so sorry for his family's loss. I met his fiancé and his daughter when I picked up Penny to bring her home to Cheyenne. I am grateful he chose me to be Penny's Mom. I hope he knows she is very loved.”
