She is survived by: her mother Nicki Sudduth of Morrilton; her wife Lori (Stidham); her former husband Scott Adams of Morrilton; her children, Mitchell (Raven) of Houston, Kate Smith (Logan) of Denver, Nathan (Melissa) of Dallas and Anna (Casie) of Denver; and her grandchildren, Axton and Isla Smith.
