He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Golwitzer; and his pets, Pugsley, Angus and Logan. He is survived by: his father Leonard Golwitzer; his wife Vicki; his stepmother Vicki; his brother Josh Golwitzer (Kadie); his stepsiblings, Scott Brooks (Gretchen) and Staci Melby (Nate); and his nieces and nephews, Ian, Hailey and Willow. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
