“Our deepest sympathy, Lee to you and your family. Joann was a sweet friend, so cheerful, positive and optimistic. She faced trials and obstacles with the attitude of overcoming. She offered encouragement and hope to others during their times of difficulty. We loved her from the day we met her and she warmly welcomed us newbie missionaries at Church Headquarters. We shared many fun times together and some serious conversations, too. A bright light has gone from this world but is shining beyond.”
