She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Brown; her parents, Anna Stephens and William Stephens; and her siblings, William (Bill), Hadley, Edith and Dorothy.

She is survived by: her children, David G. Brown of Albuquerque, NM and Lorraine Brown-Bassett (Forbes Bassett) of Cheyenne, WY; her grandchildren, Barbara Bradbury-Brown, William Bradbury-Brown, Justin Bassett (Karen) and Dain Bassett (Jaime); her great grandchildren, Katherine Bassett, Amelia, James Trapani, Calvin, Maple and Margot Bassett; and her pet Cindy.
