He is survived by: his sister-in-law Carol of Bloomington, IN; his nephew Matthew Eckberg (Wisc) of Madison; his niece Rachel Castella (Tomas Castella) of Alexandria; his great-nephews, Alden Eckberg and Sebastian Castella; and his great-niece Ines.
