She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cerven and Joyce Cerven; and her brother Joseph Cerven. She is survived by: her husband Daniel F. Maddox Jr.; her children, Joseph Maddox, Laurie Porter (Howard Vasey) and Christian Maddox; her grandchildren, Jaren Porter, Brayden Porter, Presley Porter and Dawsen Porter; her brothers, John Cerven, Steve Cerven (Kathy), David Cerven (Pam), Tim Cerven (Cindy) and Brian Cerven (Kim); and also, Chris and Laurie.
