He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Wise and Marcella Wise; his former wife Jane Wise; his stepson John Hulse; and his siblings, Ed Wise, Harry Wise, Ellen Imgrund and Laura Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Donita Wise; his sons, Arthur Jr., Paul and Joe Wise; his stepdaughter Amy Thorne; his granddaughter Sydney Davis (Zack); and also, John and Amy.
