He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett J. Chase and Hazel Chase (Palmer); his brother-in-law Jerry Roth; and his parents-in-law, George and Elizabeth Roth.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Roth of Hudson, Colorado.; his sons, Scott of Cedar Falls, IA and Mike of Bozeman, MT; his grandson William Scott Chase of Cedar Falls; his siblings, Don Chase (Juanita) of Wheatland, WY and Karla Bass (Bud) of Bellevue, CO; and his siblings-in-law, Don Roth (Ann) of Evans, Nonie Hepp (Don) of Johnstown, Sharon Duvall of Greeley, Debbie Dinges of Brighton and Sheila Roth of Fort Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
