He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore R. Benhardt and Anna L. Benhardt (Teifel); and his brother Ted Benhardt. He is survived by: his former wife Judy Heck; his daughter Tiffany Miller; his grandson Ace Wheeler of Colorado Springs, CO; and his siblings, Edward Benhardt (Sonya) of Reardan, WA, Joan Kuykendall (Bill) of Reardan and Barbara Moore of Chugiak, AK.
