She was predeceased by: her parents, Blahous Chleboun and Marie Chleboun (Kevtensky); and her siblings, Don Chleboun of Clarkson, NE, Robert Chleboun of San Jose, CA and Audrey Eisenach of Fort Wayne, IN.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Jean Amick (Omaha). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
