He is survived by: his parents, Robert Nolan and Vivian Lesley Bowen; his sister Cele Jean; his son Ryan William Bowen; his wife Rose Bowen; his daughters, Brigid Lindsey LaVelle and Nicole Anne LaVelle; and his sisters, Susan Lyn Bowen and Sandra Bowen Talley (Doug).
