He was predeceased by: his parents, John Talley and Marie Talley. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his siblings, Oren and Doris Ann; and his children, JoAnn, Bruce, Terry and Kathy. He is also survived by spouses, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
