He was predeceased by: his father Donald J. Anderson; and his grandson Sean Anderson. He is survived by: his mother Sara L. Anderson; his siblings, Phil Anderson (Bonnie Jones), Cyndi Szabo (Mike), Alicia Anderson, Megan Anderson (Lars Ankersen) and Don Anderson (Katie McGrath); his son Travis Anderson; his grandchild Amara Anderson; and his friends, Lynette, Jeff Miller, Melinda Anderson, Frank Bianco, Tim Hickey, Mark Schmidt, Terry Guice and Wells Knapp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Doug's memory to the Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation, a cause close to his heart.
