He was predeceased by: his former wife Dale (Dee); and his grandson Austin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his friend Sandra Busnardo; his children, Shawn Bell, Chris Rappenecker (Shannon Church) and Brandon Rappenecker; his stepdaughters, Danielle Caveny and Rachelle Rendon; his grandchildren, Audra, Kyle, Erika and Katie; and his siblings, Sandy Harmon, Rita Burns (Tim), Gary Rappenecker (Peggy), Steve Rappenecker (Barb), Jo Wright (Dave) and Kathy Stafford-Daly (Chris). He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to CBCI, reflecting Dennis's commitment to giving and caring for others.
