For Bill is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard J. Roach and Viola J (Sherratt); and his brothers, Robert, Thomas and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Roach (George); his siblings, Richard, Clarance and Diane; his children, Natalie Espinoza (Jim Espinoza) and Robert Roach; and his stepchildren, Daunte George and Nicole Townsend (Charles Townsend).
