It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Dale Jaramillo of Antonito, Colorado, who passed away on August 28, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Joe Dale departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joe Dale may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joe Dale leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Jaramillo and Mary Jaramillo. He is survived by: his wife Casilda Jaramillo of Antonito; his daughter Stephanie Malouff (Aaron) of Alamosa, Colorado; his grandson James Malouff; his uncles, LeRoy Jaramillo (Mary Ann) of Pueblo, Colorado and David Jaramillo of Elko, Nevada; and his father-in-law Max A. Ruybal of Las Mesitas, Colorado. He is also survived by numerous cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 1st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Romero's Chapel (100 W 11th Ave, Antonito, CO 81120). A rosary was held on Monday, September 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (6633 Co Rd 13, Antonito, CO 81120). A Mass was held on Monday, September 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
