He was predeceased by: his parents, Anastacio Duran and Rosita Casias Duran; and his siblings, Gloria Lujan, Olivio Jose Duran, Vianes Casias and Eduardo Duran.
He is survived by: his wife Evila Duran of Antonito, CO; his children, Deanna Duran (Ric) of Fountain, CO, Lisha Duran of Alamosa, CO, Jamie Sandoval (Nicolas) of San Antonio, CO, Jimmy Duran (Rhonda) of Mogote, CO, Donald Duran (Joyce) of San Antonio, CO and Scott Duran (Carmen) of Alamosa, CO; and his siblings, Betty Lou Duran of Colorado Springs, CO and Lipio Duran of Los Piños, NM.. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
