He was predeceased by: his nephew Kenny Salazar of Los Sauces, CO.; his wife Lucille Salazar; his parents, Filiberto Salazar and Delfina Salazar; his children, Charlie Salazar and Norma; his great grandchild Juan Diego Martinez; and his siblings, Celia Montoya, Rose Gonzalez, John, Moises, Raymond, Mike and Pat Salazar.
He is survived by: his children, Gene Salazar (Gabby) of Denver, CO, Debbie Abeyta (Bobby) of La Jara, CO, Maxine Gess (Terry) of Pennsylvania and Hope Salazar of Española, NM.; and his siblings, Angie Garcean of Denver, CO, Viola Solano of Denver, CO, Virginia Martinez of Denver, CO and Bobby Salazar of Los Sauces, CO.
