“To Carolee and all of Paul's family-- I'm heartbroken to hear of Paul's death. What a bright light at CU; so warm, friendly and kind. Our relationship consisted mostly of conversations--some lengthy--as we passed each other in hallways or on the sidewalk. He never seemed rushed and was frequently in biking garb, starting or finishing a ride. Like many students & colleagues, I respected him tremendously. Holding Paul, and you, close in my heart as you face this colossal loss. --Joan Gabriele”
