He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Francis Sr. and Grace Lee Goodwin (Matthews); and his son Samuel Goodwin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Goodwin; his children, Sarah Shey (Goodwin) and Jason Senteney; and his brothers, Daniel Goodwin and Russell Goodwin. He is also survived by nephews and extended family.
