She is survived by: her children, William Hernandez, James Hernandez (Jeannette) and Linda Baldwin (Ted); her grandchildren, Michael Fluet, Christopher Hernandez (Zoey), Ashley Cosmas (Alex), James E. Hernandez Jr. (Alyssa), Sarah Hernandez (Jon), Jenelle Hernandez, James M. Hernandez Jr., Vincent Ortega II (Amber) and Sophia Ortega; her husband James R. Bartosh; and her siblings, Velma Fandozzi (Joe), John Dryfuse and Tom Dryfuse (Lorriane).
