He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Suazo and Elidia Salazar Suazo. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Suazo of Alamosa; his siblings, Dennis Suazo (Bernie) of Alamosa, CO, Becky Tonso of Monte Vista, CO and Elmo Suazo (Stevie) of Colorado Springs, CO; his siblings-in-law, Sherry Price (Dan) of Michigan, Geri Dessasure (John) of Michigan, Mike Adam (Debbie) of Michigan and Tim Adam of Michigan; and his niece Rayanna. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.

Contributions in his memory are suggested to Hospice del Valle, 514 Main St., Alamosa, CO 81101.
