He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Jennings Myers and Edith "Betty" Gibson Myers; his wife Bernice; his brother James R Myers of Center; his son Steven William Myers of Alamosa; and his son-in-law Jack Kuntz of Center.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Kay Myers Haverland of Littleton, CO, Janet Lee Myers of Center and John D Myers (Ginny Bond) of Hooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
