He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Vargas; and his siblings, Frank Vargas, Herman Vargas (Lupe), Alma Bertina Vargas, Armando Vargas, Ramona Vargas and Leanora Almeida (Jesus). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
