Rick Donner Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rick Donner (Alamosa, Colorado), who passed away on September 7, 2018, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Cloid D. Donner and Loren B. Donner. He is survived by: his son Loren Donner; his wife Marty Donner; his children, Tara Benson of Parker, CO, Mark Donner (Shelly) of Laramie, WY and Lori Smith (Brian) of Laramie, WY; his grandsons, Cody, Kyle Benson, Joshua, Corbin, Hayden Donner, Layton Smith and Olin Smith; his siblings, Jack Donner and Barbara Powell; and also Blanche Donner (Adams). He is also survived by six nephews and eight nieces.

Rick requested contributions to the Colorado State Patrol Family Foundation, (Attn: Funds Donation, 55 Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80226, OR cspff.net/support-us), or to Hospice del Valle, 514 Main Street, Alamosa, CO 81101, which was an incredible comfort to Rick's family in his final days.
