He was predeceased by: his father Don Fred Price. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Ragan Price of Zionville; his son Mitch Price (Cassie) of Mountain City, TN; and his siblings, Debra P. Jones, Shelby P. Dorsett (David) of Asheboro, Doug Price (Joan) of Zionville, Freddie Price of Zionville, Brad Price (Robin) of Boone and Will Price (Sherry) of Zionville. He is also survived by Five nephews, three nieces, four great-nieces, one great-nephew and three step-grandchildren.
