She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma Lopez and Richard Santistevan; her brothers, Manuel "Sonny" Santistevan and Anthony Santistevan; her nephew Wayne Jerome Santistevan J.; her nieces, Shelia Tafoya Kunz and Rebecca Tafoya; and her stepson Justino Madrid Sr. (Fly).
She is survived by: her husband Justin Madrid; her son David Zapata; her stepdaughter Delila Madrid Lopez; her daughter-in-law Anna Madrid; her siblings, Wayne Santistevan (Theresa Santistevan), Henry Santistevan, Henrietta Santistevan, Donna Santistevan and Teresa Santistevan; her grandchildren, Justino Madrid, Denera Madrid and Briana Madrid; and her great grandchild Mariana Madrid.
