She was predeceased by: her parents, Timeteo Lucero and Anita Matilda Gallegos Lucero; her husband Lionel Ortega Sr.; her son Ronnie Ortega; her siblings, Mary Arellano, Cordelia Tate and Tommy Lucero; and her grandchildren, Kartina Ortega, Andrea Ortega, Donivan Ortega, Jerry Ortega, Lionel Ortega and Santos Ortega.
She is survived by: her children, Louella Ortega (Jose) of Alamosa, CO, Ruth Ortega of Alamosa, CO, Andrea Romero (AB) of Alamosa, CO, Felix Ortega (Janice) of Stockton, CA, Lionel Ortega (Rosalie) of Alamosa, CO, Jeremiah Ortega (Elizabeth) of Alamosa, CO and Jesse Ortega (Tiffany) of Alamosa, CO; and her siblings, Linda Avila (Ted) of Alamosa, CO, Judy Lucero (Roy) of Antonito, CO, Ike Lucero (Josie) of Alamosa, CO, Martin Lucero (Florence) of Alamosa, CO, Michael Stefano (Angie) of Alamosa, CO, Manuel Lucero (Lupe) of California and Jimmy Lucero (Elaine) of California. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
