He is survived by: his children, Spencer Hart (Angel) of Alamosa, Bridget Hart of Monument, CO and Christine Smith (William) of North Pole, Alaska; his grandchildren, Tyler Hart of Denver, CO, Hunter Romero (Allyssa) of Denver, CO, Ibaleen Caudy of Monument, CO, Luke Smith of Alamosa, CO, Logan Smith of Alamosa, CO, Liam Smith of North Pole, AK and Leo Smith; his great grandchildren, Calleigh and Colton Hart of Ohio; and his siblings, Chuck Hart (Donna) of Ft. Collins, CO, Patricia Thompson (John) of Loveland, CO and Debbie Crowe (Bruce) of Denver, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.
