It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose M. Ulibarri (Alamosa, Colorado), who passed away on September 9, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cipriano and Natividad; and his siblings, Bernie, Ernie, Ike, Joe J. Felix and Florence.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ulibarri (Vigil); his daughters, Ava Morales (Juan) of Aurora, CO and Gloria Slovak (Jim) of New York; his brothers, Willie of Westminster and Raymond of Lafayette; his sister-in-law Ruby (Lawrence) of Pueblo; and his friend Lawrence Lucero of Alamosa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
