He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Woodward and Edith Woodward. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Woodward; his children, Tanya Allen (Shane) of Canon City, Kyle Woodward (Michelle) of Alamosa and Penni Shalberg (Greg) of Sheridan Lake; his grandchildren, Laci Tecklenburg, Kyler Chick, Kase Shalberg, Dyson Woodward and Keenon Woodward; and his mother-in-law Frankie Glynn.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to the Jeff Woodward Memorial Scholarship fund in care of the Funeral Home.
