We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2021, at the age of 87, Dorothy Weed of Alamosa, Colorado, born in Dallas, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Anthony and Catherine Helen McRedmond (Bergob); her son Ivan Weed; and her siblings, Jean Bonnen, Alice McRedmond and Matthew McRedmond.
She is survived by: her children, Geri Morrison of Alamosa, Bridget Anderson (Curtis) of Spangle, Matthew Weed of Alamogordo and Eric Weed (Dawn) of Alamosa; her grandchildren, Emily Weed and Ron Anderson; and her siblings, Francis McRedmond of Marble Falls, Kathleen Kahil of Austin, Anthony McRedmond of Boerne, Ellen McRedmond of Evansville, Joan Cannon of Atkins and David McRedmond of Lewisville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Cornerstone Christian Academy or the Seventh-Day Adventist Church directly.
