She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Lynn Schofield Smith; and her brother Carl Smith. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Smith of Bountiful; her children, Raymond Smith (Lori) of Bountiful, Ryan Smith (Brandi) of Fruita, CO, Clinton Smith (Alisha) of Salida, CO and Cole Smith of Bountiful; her grandchildren, Chance, Logan, Dakota, Emma, Lane, Ethan and Olivia; and her sister Georgia Kuykendall (Gene) of Tres Piedras, NM. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of extended family and friends.
Contributions in lieu of flowers are suggested to Hospice del Valle.
