He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Ruybal and Theresa Ruybal. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Vaughn; his sons, Richard Ruybal (Tanya) and DJ Ruybal (Lynnea); his stepsons, Robert WIlson (Joy) and Ross Wilson (Misty); his grandchildren, Shorte Ruybal (Laura), Darion Ruybal, Aaliyah Barela, Alyssa Ruybal, Marcus Ruybal, Gabriel Wilson, Aly Wilson, Blake Wilson and Ava Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Andre Garcia, Kalissa Garcia and Legend Ruybal. He is also survived by 5 brothers and one sister, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
