He is survived by: his parents, Linda Ortiz-Lukondi (Joe) and Mike Archuleta; his brother Lance Ortiz (Amber); his nephew Alexander Ortiz; his niece Chevelle Ortiz; and his aunts and uncles, Shirley Archuleta, Helen Mora (Louie), Mary Atencio (Larry), Diane Lovato (Ed), Janet Williams (Norman), Armando Archuleta, Sandra Newhouse (Matt), Solomon, Edith Archuleta, Eloy Ortiz, Jr., Eddie Ortiz, Erick Ortiz, Lisa Ortiz, Efrem Ortiz (Nancy) and Laura Ortiz (Dennis). He is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family.
