He is survived by: his aunt Fanny; his child Although; his brother Richard Dean Cutter (Sharon) of Oklahoma; his children, Nancy L. Cutter of Alamosa, William R. Cutter and Forrest L. Cutter (Molly) of Nederland; his grandchildren, Shay Cutter Burton, Cheyenne Rose, Quest Cutter, Sabra Cutter, Ivy Cutter, Richard Damewood and Jamie Damewood; his great grandchildren, Braydon and Aryanne; and also Ruby. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.
