She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Eloy Benavidez; her parents, Pedro Barba and Florence Barba; her granddaughter Kelly Alejo; her siblings, Pauline Hernandez, Lisa Hernandez, Vera Gonzales, Margaret Coon, Stella Cheer, Henry Barba, Joseph Barba, Abraham Barba, Patrick Barba, Anthony Barba and Pete Barba; and her brother-in-law Bob Velasquez.
She is survived by: her children, Leola Alejo (Harry), Mark Benavidez (Esther) of Las Cruces, NM, Pamela White (Barry) of Las Cruces, NM, Thomas Benavidez (Louise) of Pueblo, CO and Lisa Benavidez of Alamosa, CO.; her great great grandchildren, Robert Alejo (Christy), Robbie Alejo, Karry Shreeve (Alley), Cindi Flammini (Mike), Kyomi Flammini (Greg), Sophia Flammini, Madison Flammini, Steve R. Benavidez (Valerie), Steve M. Benavidez (Alyssa), Joseph Benavidez (Alexis), Nicole Benavidez, Joseph Benavidez Jr., Zoe Benavidez, Alyssa Martinez, Marcus Benavidez, Ryan Benavidez, Becky Olson (Paul), Sarah Olson, Mimi Olson, Paul Kekuewa (Faith), Ashlee Kekuewa, Josalynn Kekuewa, Angela L Lowery (Joe), Estevan Lowery, Isaac Benavidez (Amanda), Aryionna Benavidez, Rhoan Schroeder, Tatum Benavidez, Jayla Benavidez, Joshua Benavidez, Joshua Junior Benavidez, Aneris Benavidez, Natane Benavidez and Melayah Benavidez; her sister Josephine Velasquez; and her sister-in-law Billie Barba.
