He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Kline and Gladys Kline; and his siblings-in-law, Valerie Kempf, Alfred Kempf, Robert Boss, Stan Howard and David Wilson.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Debra McKeone (Rick), Jeff Kline and Mike Kline (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Kristin McKeone, Joseph McKeone, Ashley Kline (James), Lindsey Kline, Kyle Kline and Nikki Kline; his children, Kameron McKeone, Kaitlyn McKeone, James Martinez, Julia Martinez, Jaxson Kline, Jericko Kline, Briana McKeone and Jordan McKeone; his sister Shirley Wilson; his siblings-in-law, Merlyn Boss (Mary Alice) and Carol Rutgers; his nephew Bill Wilson; his niece Trish Jones (Panda); and his friend Senator Lewis Entz.
