She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale VanderMeer and Joyce VanderMeer (Gertson); and her husband Jim Brotton. She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Bowman (Bryan Weese) of Wray and Jamie Thorn (Ryan Basler) of Yuma; her grandchildren, Jaydan Brotton, Kiley Florian, Tyler Thorn, Erick Thorn and Sheyann Bowman; her aunts, Joanne Ellsaesser of Bloomfield, NM and Mary Poos of Aurora, CO.; her friend Ginger of Windsor, CO.; and also Jaydan.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials to the Washington County Ambulance Service 133 Birch Street Akron, CO 80720.
