She was predeceased by: her son Tim; her mother Birdie Salley; her siblings, Paul, Glen Salley and Phyllis Peters; and her parents-in-law, Russell and Dorothy Vaughn.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale Vaughn; her children, Kenny, Ken Vaughn (Jewel) and Julie Stever (Greg); her grandchildren, Kacie Beck (Dan), Neil Vaughn (Jessica), Kristine Willoughby (Cory) and Kirstee Lyon (Alex); her great grandchildren, Zach, Logan, Brooke Vaughn, Brody, Hayden Willoughby, Karly, Kade, Baylee Beck, Piper and Poppy Lyon; and her sisters, Mary Saffer and Barbara Wilson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Akron School.
