He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Walczyk and Klara Walczyk; and his siblings, Anton Frank, Sylvester Alfred, Clara Pauline Walczyk-Lowman and Mary Anna Walczyk-Green.
He is survived by: his siblings, Emil Sylvester, Paul Francis Jr. and Angeline Bertha Walczyk of Indiana; and also, Pauline Lydia Walczyk-Frenzl and Cecelia Esther Walczyk-Kalous. He is also survived by his wife (Nadine) of Nebraska; Frank William and his wife (Jane-deceased) of Alaska and Herman Ben and his wife (Jackie) of Colorado along with three sisters.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations/checks to be made out to HUMC/Abbott Church.
