He was predeceased by: his stepchild Debra. He is survived by: his parents, Dale Gray and Virginia Gray; his siblings, Dixie Lee, Robert Dale, Mary Ann, Randy James, Marsha Churchill and Marcella Hottinger; his spouse Dayle Smith; his children, Jodi, Terry and Dixie; and his stepchildren, Daniel and David.
